"I learnt more from Justine Armstrong

“What I love about Justine's personality is she is so welcoming, so personable and incredibly supportive of those around her. Justine is so real and so grounded when it comes to dealing with people and she has some incredible experience behind her which she draws on to help support others. Thanks, Justine, for being you xxx."

Jennifer Jefferies, Author, International Speaker, COO and Founder Q Foundation
“Before I met Justine, I was extremely fearful of speaking in front of a group, making a video or putting myself out there. I wouldn’t have been able to present. Now I can present on stage to hundreds - thousands at times - without freezing and forgetting my content.
It just couldn’t have happened without Justine. After being coached by Justine, I can now move forward in my business with more confidence."
Helen Koi, Success Coach and 7 Figure Entrepreneur
"Justine has helped my team to find practical, real-world solutions to stress, workplace anxiety and dealing with difficult clients and colleagues. She is an excellent communicator and presenter and she designs each workshop to be team-oriented and fun, although by the end of each activity we all know we have learnt a significant amount.
Most importantly, Justine always helps us to solve the problems we present her with at the outset – no matter how challenging they initially appear to be.”
Adrianne Kern, Director, Text100 Global Public Relations
"I am so grateful to have met Justine - she is warm, gives so much and leads by example to empower others. She instills belief in others and is a wonderful leader and trainer."

of Giving Presentations
And how to dissolve your fear so you can finally feel
confident, calm and in control when you present.
Hi Justine. My goodness.
I knocked it out of the park. I was bloody nervous beforehand - but when the time came there was some sort of inner peace and it went without a hitch. I had a mix of Australian sports celebrities and former Australian political leaders among my guests.
So thank you. Thank you so much.
This was a major event with major Sydney Corporates and I was not in control before I rang you this week. The reviews from the clients have been fantastic.
You gave me a circuit breaker I have not had for 20 years. You softened the blow. You made me understand what the hell was going on.
I still have a long way to go but your intervention has shifted the saw dust.
Thank you so much Justine.
Executive Director of one of the Big Four Australian Banks
For many years, I would do absolutely anything I could to avoid speaking in public. If I couldn’t get out of it, I would be physically affected as well as emotionally affected. My hands would itch, my legs would shake and I would spatter ‘ah’, ‘um’ and other meaningless words throughout making it a less than coherent and enlightening speech and I would most definitely avoid looking at anyone in the audience in case they made eye contact.
I started working with Justine because I didn’t want to be that person anymore. I wanted to be able to stand in front of a crowd and provide them with quality information. I gained confidence not only in public speaking but I started using the strategies Justine had given me in daily life and found I could use them successfully.
So... not only have I gained confidence in my public speaking abilities, I have also gained positive insight into dealing with other issues in my daily life by using those same strategies Justine gave me to improve my public speaking.
Thank You Justine.

Before working with you, I believed presenting was all about my voice, my content etc. But I now understand it’s about so much more, including how to be fully myself on stage and express myself in a more natural and powerful way.
English is my second language and I always felt self-conscious about people understanding me. Recently I was asked to speak at my district’s Small Business Awards - it went so well, the feedback was fantastic and I felt wonderful!
Thank you Justine.
Business Owner & Company Director
I worked with Justine for about five weeks and what I experienced was someone who believed in my soul and could help me relate to my past, helped me to understand why I felt the way I did.
She was able to defrag my brain and put things into perspective. Justine showed me the tools I had that lay dormant inside me and awakened the faith and confidence I was lacking.
The best thing about working with Justine was it was easy. I did it sitting in my loungeroom.
As a result, I’ve been able to get my emotions back on track. I am calm and relaxed and I enjoy every moment.
I’ve achieved the greatest possible heights I can in my community and now am head of a 90 million dollar business.
The way I feel now is at peace, accomplished, alive again. I am humbled and grateful to this wonderful lady.
For the first time in my life I am in my element. I just love what I do and I thank Justine for beginning the journey to the rest of my life.
She is a legend and I am forever grateful.

You told me when we started that there would come a time where the nerves just faded away. You were right. Thanks to you, I now understand the mechanics of fear and how to work in a way that it no longer has a hold on me.
I thought you would like to know that last week I stood in front of 300 people at our annual customer summit and told a story. Many people came up afterwards and told me it was amazing and that they felt inspired. The audience was engaged and receptive . . . and I was calm and in the moment with zero nerves.
I’m now off to Edinburgh, London and NZ to present the story to new audience . . . and I’m excited to do it.
Thank you for the impact you have had in my life, and your help in guiding me to a better place.
