FEARLESS SPEAKING COACHING AGREEMENT

 

1. This agreement is the contract between you (the Client’) and Fearless Speaking (‘the Company’) and you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of enrolment:

While Fearless Speaking will strive to assist you with the highest and best level of services as provided in the scope of the agreement, you understand that with any program, promises or guarantees with respect to any outcome from participation in the program and therefore Fearless Speaking does not guarantee success or any specific level of results associated with the services provided. You further understand that ultimately you are responsible for your success and that this program is designed to enhance, supplement, and support you in your efforts to speak confidently.

3. You understand that Fearless Speaking does not guarantee results and your expectations and you release us from any claims, costs, expense, liability or cause of action, whether known or unknown or the failure of your expectations being met.

4. The Fearless Springboard program includes 3 months of specialised online training, weekly and monthly live online small group coaching sessions, private members-only Facebook group membership and support.

5. You agree that all material supplied by Fearless Speaking is protected by copyright and remain the property of Fearless Speaking.  You must not make or give copies of any material we supply without our prior written permission which we can give or withhold in our sole discretion. Any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (as amended from time to time) and permit us to injunctions restraining continuing infringement and damages we may suffer. You must also not adapt, alter or tweak any materials in the program and then copy or share those materials.

6. You must tell us if you change of your address, email address, telephone number or contact information so that we may contact you whilst you are undertaking a Fearless Speaking Program.

7. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of any and all information about other Fearless Speaking clients.

8. You agree that you are required to use your best endeavours to meet the requirements of the Fearless Springboard Program and to abide by the rules, regulations and policies notified to you from time to time. You understand that if you breach any of these or your behaviour is deemed unacceptable by Fearless Speaking, your continued involvement in the Fearless Speaking Program may be cancelled and you shall not be entitled to any refund of the fees or other charges paid to Fearless Speaking under the Contract as applicable at that time. 

9. You hereby acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of the Withdrawals and Refunds Policy of the Fearless Speaking Program, that if you withdraw from the Fearless Speaking Program, you will receive no refund of fees you have paid for the Fearless Speaking Program.

10. We reserve the right to change the particulars of Fearless Speaking Programs where circumstances beyond our control necessitate such changes.

11. The applicable fee for the six month term of this Agreement is six payments of $1500, totalling $9000.. This is inclusive of GST. You acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. 

12. You understand and agree that Company’s services are not counselling services and are not a replacement or substitute for professional counselling by a licensed psychotherapist or other licensed professional.
